  1. On the left hand side of the screen please select the desired arrival and departure dates (within the contracted date range 5/14/2020 - 5/17/2020) and the number of guests.
  2. Click on "Search for Availability"
  3. Then Click on "Reserve" for the room type you prefer. It will take you to a page where guests can enter all their information. 
  4. Finally, Click on "Make a Reservation" and you should receive a reservation confirmation email shortly thereafter. 


How to Make Reservations Via Phone 
1. Call our hotel directly at (206) 526-5200 or 1 (800) 205-6940 and ask for the "NW Voice Conference" group and the guest services agent will be able to assist with the reservation.

Parking and Transportation
The most convenient parking is in the UW's Central Plaza Garage at the corner of 15th Ave NE and NE 41st Street. The rate is $15/day. There are many buses that run to the UW campus. Link Light Rail will drop you off at Husky Stadium. From there it's a 10 minute walk to Alder Auditorium.

North of Schultzy’s and Solstice within 3 blocks of Alder Auditorium there are a multitude of restaurants on both sides of The Ave including Big Time Brewery and Pub, Jimmy Johns, Starbucks, Sizzle and Crunch, B&B Teriyaki, Subway, Mod Pizza, and Chipotle as well as various Thai, Indian, Pho, Teriyaki and other cafes and restaurants

Conference Evaluation
A link will be provided for the conference evaluation. It will be available at the end of the conference on Saturday, May 18th and will be available until May 30th. Please take a few minutes to complete the evaluation following the conference. Your feedback helps us plan for our next conference and make changes where needed.
