- On the left hand side of the screen please select the desired arrival and departure dates (within the contracted date range 5/14/2020 - 5/17/2020) and the number of guests.
- Click on "Search for Availability"
- Then Click on "Reserve" for the room type you prefer. It will take you to a page where guests can enter all their information.
- Finally, Click on "Make a Reservation" and you should receive a reservation confirmation email shortly thereafter.

Parking and Transportation
The most convenient parking is in the UW's Central Plaza Garage at the corner of 15th Ave NE and NE 41st Street. The rate is $15/day. There are many buses that run to the UW campus. Link Light Rail will drop you off at Husky Stadium. From there it's a 10 minute walk to Alder Auditorium.

Conference Evaluation
A link will be provided for the conference evaluation. It will be available at the end of the conference on Saturday, May 18th and will be available until May 30th. Please take a few minutes to complete the evaluation following the conference. Your feedback helps us plan for our next conference and make changes where needed.
